We also collect limited technical data automatically, including your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, to maintain platform security and performance.

• Evaluate and process your investor application
• Verify your identity and conduct KYC/AML checks as required by applicable law
• Communicate with you about your application status, portfolio, and investment opportunities
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations under Indian and applicable overseas law

• Send you service-related notifications (we do not send unsolicited marketing emails)

Our platform operates on a referral-only basis. When you apply, we record the referral code used and link it to the referring investor's record. The referring investor is not given access to your personal documents or detailed profile — only that a referral was used.

Identity documents you upload (passport copies, Aadhaar, PAN, photographs) are stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised Mantra Universe personnel involved in the application review process. We do not share your documents with third parties except as required by law or regulatory authorities.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls at rest to protect your files.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Legal compliance: When required by Indian law, FEMA regulations, RBI guidelines, or a valid court order
• Service providers: Trusted third-party vendors (hosting, email delivery) who process data solely on our behalf under confidentiality obligations
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may transfer to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections

We retain your personal information and KYC documents for as long as your investor relationship with us is active and for a minimum of seven (7) years thereafter, as required by Indian financial regulations. You may request deletion of non-regulatory data by contacting us; however, we may be required to retain certain records by law.

Depending on your country of residence, you may have rights to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
