The Platform is intended exclusively for:

• Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs) residing outside India
• Indian residents who qualify as accredited or high-net-worth investors under applicable Indian law
• Individuals who have received a valid referral code from an existing Mantra Universe investor

By using the Platform, you represent that you meet the above eligibility criteria and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

Investor registration on the Platform is strictly by referral. A valid referral code issued by an existing approved investor is required to submit an application. Attempting to circumvent this requirement, including by using invalid, expired, or fraudulently obtained codes, is prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification.

Submission of an investor application does not guarantee approval or investment access. Mantra Universe reserves the sole and absolute right to approve or reject any application at its discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. A reference number issued upon submission confirms receipt only — it does not constitute an offer, acceptance, or commitment of any kind.

Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content, projections, market data, and AI-generated signals are provided for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified financial and legal advisors before making any investment decision. Past performance of any investment described on this Platform is not indicative of future results.

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, artwork (including Tanjore, Kerala Mural, and Mysore painting illustrations), data, and software — is the property of The Mantra Universe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian or overseas law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information or documents
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its underlying systems
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

Investments in Indian real estate by NRIs and PIOs are governed by the Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA), RBI regulations, and other applicable Indian laws. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that any investment you make through this Platform complies with all applicable laws in India and in your country of residence. Mantra Universe does not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Mantra Universe and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of investment value, loss of profits, or loss of data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Mantra Universe and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered investors of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
